- The price of 18-karat gold reached about 4,757 Egyptian pounds.

Global gold prices
Gold prices in global markets recorded a slight decline, with the metal declining by 0.2% during last week's trading, reaching $4,115.03 per ounce, after falling by about 2% at the beginning of the week. Thus, gold lost about 3.1% at the end of the week.
December gold futures also fell 0.4%, settling at $4,130.50 per ounce
