Huawei Egypt Gathers 450+ ICT Leaders at Partner Summit 2025

Huawei Egypt concluded its highly anticipated Partner Summit 2025 under the theme “Joining Hands for a New Era,” bringing together more than 450 leaders from across Egypt’s ICT sector. The summit served as a powerful platform to exchange ideas, explore future strategies, and showcase next-generation technologies, reinforcing Huawei’s commitment to accelerating digital transformation through strategic partnerships.

Hosted at the historic Marriott Mena House, the summit welcomed over 90 existing partners and 45 prospective companies, underscoring the rapid expansion of Huawei’s partner ecosystem in Egypt.

Unlocking Egypt’s Digital Future

The event highlighted Huawei’s key technological innovations and evolving business models that are shaping Egypt’s digital landscape. Key focus areas included:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its transformative impact across industries

The capabilities of Huawei’s Public Cloud, tailored to Egypt’s market

Huawei eKit: An integrated suite of solutions aimed at enabling SMEs

Updates on partner policies and development programs to strengthen local capacity


In parallel, Huawei unveiled new opportunities within its Commercial Business, designed to empower local channel partners and accelerate mutual growth.

Celebrating Partnership Excellence

The summit featured a prestigious awards ceremony, honoring outstanding partners for their innovation, performance, and contribution to Egypt’s digital ecosystem. Recognized companies included Metra, SEE, Giza Systems, Click ITS, TeleTech, Mantrac, EGIT, AIS, and Redington.

Leadership Insights

Mr. Benjamin Hou, CEO of Huawei Egypt, reaffirmed the company’s long-term vision:

> “Huawei’s 25-year journey in Egypt has been deeply aligned with Egypt’s Digital Vision. Through trusted partnerships, investment in local talent, and cutting-edge technologies—from AI to secure connectivity—we are committed to unlocking Egypt’s full digital potential and cementing its role as a regional ICT hub.”

He added:

> “Our expanding footprint would not be possible without the dedication and trust of our partners. Together, we are shaping a resilient, inclusive digital ecosystem that will define Egypt’s economic future.”

Mr. Eric Sun, Director of Partner Development at Huawei Egypt, emphasized a partner-first approach:

> “Trust is the foundation of every great partnership. We are investing in our partners’ growth by expanding access to technical resources and co-developing solutions that address Egypt’s evolving digital needs.”

Mr. Ranjit Rajan, Vice President and Head of Research at IDC Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa, offered a forward-looking analysis of regional digital transformation priorities. He spotlighted AI, multi-cloud infrastructure, secure connectivity, and cybersecurity as key investment pillars for 2025.

Mr. Qian Yibo, Huawei’s Industry Solutions Architect, noted the growing impact of the Manufacturing and Large Enterprises Business Unit, especially in helping retailers and enterprises scale through intelligent transformation.
