Gold Prices in Egypt Today, Saturday July 12, 2025: 21-Karat Drops by EGP 10

Gold prices in Egypt saw a slight decline during Saturday morning trading on July 12, 2025, amid global market fluctuations in the price of the precious metal.

The price of 21-karat gold, the most traded in Egypt’s local markets, recorded EGP 4,655 for buying and EGP 4,635 for selling, marking a drop of EGP 10 per gram compared to the previous update.

Meanwhile, 24-karat gold was priced at EGP 5,320 for buying and EGP 5,297 for selling, while 18-karat gold stood at EGP 3,990 for buying and EGP 3,973 for selling.

As for bullion, the gold pound (gineih) was valued at EGP 37,240 for buying and EGP 37,080 for selling.

On the international front, the global price of one ounce of gold was last recorded at $3,355.
