”eFinance : All services provided by the group and hosted on its data centers are fully available to all users

Mr. Ibrahim Sarhan, Chairman of the Board of "eFinance," stated that all services offered by the company and hosted through its private data centers are fully accessible to all users nationwide and are operating at their usual full capacity, unaffected by the recent emergency incident resulting from the Ramses Central fire on Monday.
Sarhan clarified that difficulties experienced in some areas in accessing certain digital services are due to temporary disruptions in internet services provided by telecom companies, and efforts are underway to restore them as soon as possible. He stressed that the platforms themselves are functioning efficiently from the company’s side.
Sarhan added:
“In our keenness to ensure uninterrupted service delivery, we kindly urge our valued users that, should they face difficulty accessing any of our services, they may temporarily try using a SIM card from another telecom provider until full stability of local internet networks is restored.”
The Chairman of "eFinance" confirmed that the Egyptian government's digital financial network, in all its systems, is operating at high efficiency. This also includes all major sectors served by the company, such as agriculture, tourism, transportation, petroleum, and the cash support programs "Takaful and Karama."
Sarhan reiterated "eFinance’s" commitment to continuous, real-time monitoring of digital network conditions in coordination with all government entities and various sectors to ensure business operations continue smoothly and securely.
He also explained that regarding services provided in cooperation with banks or payment service providers, the company, in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications, is working around the clock—alongside collection companies—to restore services to their normal state as soon as possible and in coordination with all banks.
In conclusion, Ibrahim Sarhan praised the efforts of His Excellency Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, saying:
“We greatly appreciate the tremendous and exceptional efforts exerted by the Ministry of Communications, which continues to work around the clock with professionalism and efficiency to ensure the stability and continuity of digital services in Egypt. We affirm that at ‘eFinance,’ we are fully prepared to work side by side with the Ministry until we safely overcome this temporary situation.”
