QNB Egypt will allow customers to initiate outgoing international transfers every Friday starting September 18, 2026, offering greater flexibility for cross-border payments.

International Transfers Available on Fridays

The bank said the new service will be available every Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Transfers will be processed with a later execution date, in line with the procedures and schedules governing international transfers.

The service gives customers an additional option to submit and execute requests for international transfers on Fridays, expanding the available window for managing payments abroad.

Greater Flexibility for Cross-Border Payments

The new service is part of QNB Egypt’s efforts to expand customers’ options for carrying out banking transactions and provide greater flexibility in managing international obligations and payments.

By making the service available on Fridays, customers can submit transfer requests on a day outside the bank’s usual business schedule, while transfers remain subject to the applicable procedures and execution timelines for international transactions.
