e-finance Board Proposes EGP 410.6M H1 2026 Dividend as Net Profit Surges 62.5%
The Board of Directors of e-finance for Digital and Financial Investments has approved a proposal to distribute a total cash dividend of EGP 410.597 million to shareholders for the first half of 2026. The proposed payout remains subject to formal ratification by the company’s upcoming Ordinary General Meeting (OGM).
In an official disclosure submitted to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), the board also approved the independent auditor’s report and standalone financial statements for the six-month period ending June 30, 2026.
Strong H1 2026 Financial Performance
The dividend recommendation follows robust financial and operational expansion during the first six months of 2026:
Net Profit: Surged by 62.5% year-on-year to reach EGP 1.82 billion, compared to EGP 1.12 billion recorded in the corresponding period of 2025.
Total Revenue: Climbed 57% year-on-year to EGP 4.17 billion, up from EGP 3.22 billion in H1 2025, driven by expanding transaction volumes across its digital platforms and government payment gateways.

General Assembly Preparations
The board officially delegated authority to the Chairman of the Board of Directors to determine the date, venue, and detailed agenda for the Ordinary General Meeting. The delegation also mandates overseeing and completing all regulatory filings and procedural steps required to convene shareholders for final sign-off on the financial statements and the profit distribution schedule.
