Orascom Development Egypt Reports 30% Growth in Real Estate Sales to EGP 15.1 Billion in H1 2026
Orascom Development Egypt (ODE) has announced its consolidated financial results for the first half (H1) of 2026, delivering an outstanding operational performance despite ongoing economic and geopolitical challenges.
The company noted that, excluding land sales, its revenues and net profits surged by 45% and 58%, respectively. This significant growth underscores the improvement in the company's core operational performance and the sustainability of the group's business expansion.
