The National Bank of Egypt (NBE) has officially inaugurated a Real Estate Registry and Notarization office inside its El Teseen branch in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement. Executed in direct cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, this initiative aims to facilitate public access to vital notarization services in a more flexible and convenient location.

High-Level Inauguration

The opening ceremony was attended by prominent state and banking figures, including:

Counselor Mahmoud Helmy El-Sherif, Minister of Justice.

Mohamed El-Etreby, Chief Executive Officer of the National Bank of Egypt.

Mohamed Shaaban, Sub-Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) for Legal Affairs.

Government Integration and Public Convenience

During the event, Minister of Justice Mahmoud Helmy El-Sherif stated that launching this office inside the NBE branch is part of the ministry's broader strategy to expand notarization service outlets. The primary goal is to bring these critical services closer to citizens, drastically simplify bureaucratic procedures, and elevate overall service quality.

The Minister emphasized that this collaboration reflects the importance of institutional integration across state entities. By leveraging available infrastructure, the state can deliver faster, more efficient government services that meet citizens' daily needs.

NBE's Strategic Vision and Future Expansion

Mohamed El-Etreby, CEO of NBE, highlighted that integrating real estate and notarization services within a bank branch provides massive added value for both bank clients and the general public. It allows citizens to complete their financial and legal transactions simultaneously under one roof, saving significant time and effort.

"The National Bank of Egypt continues to fulfill its national duty by forging strategic partnerships with various state institutions. This actively supports sustainable development efforts and upgrades the level of public services, perfectly aligning with the overarching objectives of Egypt Vision 2030," El-Etreby noted.

The inauguration of the El Teseen branch office marks the beginning of a larger operational rollout. NBE plans to open additional Real Estate Registry and Notarization offices across its nationwide branch network in the future, further cementing its commitment to providing an integrated, highly efficient service experience for the Egyptian public.
