In a robust effort to expand the footprint of Egyptian food exports in international markets, the Food Export Council (FEC) hosted a series of high-level B2B meetings today at its Cairo headquarters. The sessions brought together leading Egyptian food manufacturers and Mr. Mohammed Balsharaf, Vice Chairman of the prominent Saudi-based Abdullah Mohammed Balsharaf Trading Company, to explore new avenues for fulfilling the Saudi market's growing demand for premium Egyptian food products.
Strengthening Strategic Ties: Organized in close coordination with the Egyptian Commercial Representation Office in Riyadh, these discussions underscore the paramount importance of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a primary, strategic destination for Egyptian exports.
During the meetings, officials from the Saudi company highly praised the exceptional quality of Egyptian food products and their strict compliance with international standards. They emphasized the strong reputation these products hold in foreign markets and their high competitive edge, which enables them to stand out strongly against global alternatives.
A Collaborative Vision: The meetings aim to solidify long-term supply chains, ensuring that Saudi consumers have continuous access to high-quality Egyptian food commodities, thereby strengthening the broader economic and trade relations between the two brotherly nations.
