ITIDA and DXC Technology Launch ”Dandelion” Program to Empower Neurodivergent Tech Talents in Egypt
The Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), in partnership with DXC Technology, has officially launched the "ITIDA–DXC Dandelion" training and qualification program. This specialized initiative aims to empower neurodivergent individuals and equip them with the skills needed for promising career opportunities within the information technology sector.
Operating under the slogan "Because Every Mind Matters, and Every Difference is a Strength," the program provides specialized technical and professional training pathways. It is specifically designed to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurodivergent traits, paving the way for successful, sustainable tech careers.
