Yahya Abu El-Fotouh appointed CEO and Managing Director of the Housing and Development Bank, succeeding Hassan Ghanem.
The Housing and Development Bank announced that Hassan Ghanem has submitted his resignation from his position as CEO and Managing Director, effective June 30, 2026.
The bank explained that its Board of Directors accepted the resignation and approved the appointment of Yahya Aboul Fotouh as CEO and Managing Director, effective July 1, 2026, after completing the necessary procedures and obtaining the required approvals from the relevant authorities.
