”Egypt Entrepreneurship Center” Supports Startups with ”EEIC Bites” to Enhance Financial Skills
Reaffirming its role in empowering the growth ecosystem for promising companies, the Egypt Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (EEIC)—an affiliate of the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD)—has announced the launch of the first sessions of its training program, "EEIC Bites." Held under the title "Financial Management for Startups," the program will take place on Monday, November 2, and Wednesday, November 4, 2026. It aims to raise financial awareness among business owners and assist them in making sound investment and managerial decisions.
Session Pillars: 4 Core Elements for Financial Vision
The first session of the program covers a set of vital pillars designed to develop startup founders' financial capabilities:
Fundamentals of Financial Management: Understanding financial concepts and using data to track company performance.
Financial Statement Analysis: Reading financial data accurately to build a clear picture of the company's financial position.
Feasibility Studies and Decision-Making: Evaluating expansion opportunities or operational continuity based on sound financial analysis.
Governance and Control Frameworks: Applying prudent management practices to safeguard assets and improve operational efficiency.
Intensive 30-Minute Modules: Complete Flexibility for Participants
The "EEIC Bites" program relies on a modern training methodology that breaks content into short, focused learning units called "Bites," each lasting 30 minutes. This format offers complete flexibility, allowing participants to attend all units for full benefit or choose specific topics that meet their current business needs without needing to attend the entire session.
Online Streaming and Schedule
Sessions will be held online to ensure convenient participation for entrepreneurs across all governorates, running from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM on both dates (November 2 and 4, 2026). The session is repeated to provide the most suitable option for attendees.
