Cornerstone Development fulfills its commitments and will fully deliver The Curve in the New Administrative Capital by 2026.
Cornerstone Development is preparing to deliver its project, The Curve, in the New Administrative Capital this year, reflecting the company's commitment to fulfilling its contractual obligations and delivering units on time and to the highest quality standards.
Eng. Ashraf Boulos, Chairman and Managing Director of Cornerstone Development, stated that the construction of The Curve units has been completed and they will be fully delivered to clients this year. He noted that landscaping work is currently underway and is scheduled for completion soon, as the company is committed to delivering its projects to clients with the highest quality and specifications, exceeding those stipulated in the contracts.
He added that since its inception in the Egyptian market, the company has adopted specific strategies based on rapid execution, delivering innovative projects that add value to the real estate market, and a well-planned expansion that aligns with the state's development vision and plans, as well as meeting client needs.
The Curve project spans 13 acres and comprises approximately 550 diverse residential units. It is one of the first projects launched in the R8 district of the New Administrative Capital, situated in a prime location directly adjacent to the Green River and close to the Mohammed Bin Zayed Axis, the airport, the Presidential Palace, and government ministries. The project consists of four blocks containing 15 buildings, with a total built-up area of 100,000 square meters. The units vary, ranging from apartments and duplexes to spacious open-plan penthouses.
He noted that The Curve project reflects the company's commitment to selecting prime locations for its developments.
It is worth mentioning that Cornerstone Development is currently developing the RED - Water Villas & Floating Gardens project in Mostakbal City, New Cairo.
The RED-Water Villas & Floating Gardens project spans 60 acres and comprises 750 units of varying sizes and designs. Cornerstone Development has built on only 17% of the land area, despite the mandatory building ratio of approximately 22%, to maximize the allocation of green spaces, roads, services, and landscaping.
