Beltone Venture Capital and Citadel International Exit Bosta with an Impressive 75% IRR
Beltone Venture Capital (BVC) and the UAE-based Citadel International Holding have announced the successful exit from Bosta, a leading tech-enabled logistics startup. The transaction achieved a remarkable Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 75%, highlighting the joint fund’s ability to identify high-growth opportunities and create substantial value for investors. This marks BVC’s fifth successful exit since its inception in 2023 and the second for its joint fund with Citadel International.
Ali Mokhtar, CEO and Managing Director of Beltone Venture Capital, noted that the exit underscores the disciplined investment approach and the strategic synergy with Citadel International. "Achieving a 75% IRR validates our commitment to fostering growth across the region while maintaining strict investment discipline," Mokhtar stated.
