Tamer Nasser Ranked Among Forbes’ Top 100 Real Estate Leaders as City Edge Sales Hit $1.3B
Tamer Nasser, CEO of City Edge Developments, has secured the 84th spot on Forbes Middle East’s prestigious "Most Influential Real Estate Leaders 2026" list. Since taking the helm in September 2024, Nasser has spearheaded the company’s expansion across Egypt’s most strategic urban hubs. Under his leadership, City Edge reported a record-breaking performance in 2025, launching 9 new residential and commercial projects and selling 5,900 units for a total value of $1.3 billion.
City Edge, founded in 2017 as a partnership between the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and the Housing & Development Bank, now manages a robust portfolio of 40 projects across six prime destinations. As of January 2026, the company has successfully developed over 26,600 units, with an additional 8,296 units currently under construction. Nasser’s inclusion in the Forbes ranking highlights his extensive expertise, having previously served as the CEO of Heliopolis Housing and Development.
