Kaspersky Joins Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) as First Cybersecurity Observer to Bolster Global Digital Resilience
Kaspersky has officially joined the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) as an observer member, becoming the first cybersecurity-specific entity to enter the international organization. Announced during the 5th General Assembly in Kuwait, this partnership aims to leverage Kaspersky’s 30 years of expertise to support the DCO’s mission of accelerating digital prosperity and fostering an inclusive global digital economy.
As an observer, Kaspersky will provide the DCO’s 16 member states with vital technical knowledge to counter complex cyber threats that hinder digital development. Yuliya Shlychkova, Vice President of Global Public Affairs at Kaspersky, emphasized that international cooperation is a key enabler for digital agility. The collaboration will focus on building cyber capacities, promoting equitable access to technology, and launching high-level initiatives to raise cybersecurity awareness among women, youth, and entrepreneurs across the DCO’s expanding network.
