The Al Rawi Storyteller Award has announced the sponsorship of Al Salem Holding, led by Dr. Bahaa Salem, for the second edition of the 2026 competition. This partnership reflects the growing support for the initiative and reinforces its position as a national platform empowering young creative talents and content creators in Egypt.

The sponsorship comes as the second edition of the award expands under the patronage of the Ministries of Tourism and Antiquities, Social Solidarity, and Culture, with a wider vision for nurturing Egyptian creativity.

As part of this collaboration, Al Salem Holding announced a special prize of EGP 1 million, awarded to one of the outstanding participants across the nine competition categories—a first in the history of the award. This move highlights the group’s commitment to supporting creative youth and encouraging the production of inspiring content that reflects Egypt as seen by its own youth.

Dr. Bahaa Salem also joined the jury for the second edition, strengthening the judging panel and integrating the vision of investing in human talent with the empowerment of creative energies.

In addition to the first-place award of EGP 200,000, the sponsorship now enables prizes for second and third places—EGP 50,000 and EGP 30,000 respectively—in all nine categories, broadening the scope of recognition and support for more young creators.
