Deliverect Launches Self-Service Kiosk Solution in the Middle East and North Africa
Deliverect, the global digital solutions platform for restaurants and retailers, has officially launched Deliverect Kiosk, its self-service ordering system, in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
The new solution enables customers to browse menus, place orders, and complete payments seamlessly inside restaurants, significantly enhancing customer experience while reducing waiting times.
Powered by cloud-based technology, Deliverect Kiosk offers a fully integrated and intelligent ordering experience, featuring centralized menu management with real-time updates across all branches. The system also includes smart upselling tools and product recommendations, helping restaurants increase average order value by up to 30%.
The launch comes amid rapid growth in the restaurant and quick-service sectors, driven by rising consumer demand for faster and more flexible dining experiences. Deliverect noted that kiosk deployments in markets such as Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, and the UK have reduced ordering time by 17% and increased upsell inclusion rates to 50%.
Naji Haddad, Vice President for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Deliverect, said the launch marks a key milestone for the company, allowing restaurants to boost revenues while simultaneously improving customer satisfaction. He added that the user-friendly system is now available to businesses across the Middle East, streamlining daily operations and enhancing productivity.
Founded in 2018, Deliverect operates in more than 52 global markets and serves over 68,000 restaurants and retail outlets, including major international brands such as Burger King, Little Caesars, and Pret A Manger. To date, the platform has processed more than one billion orders across multiple delivery channels, including Keeta, Noon, Careem, and Jahez.
