Tesla Development Unveils “Tesla Residence” in West Cairo as Part of Ambitious Expansion Plan
Tesla Real Estate Development Company has announced the launch of its latest residential project, “Tesla Residence,” marking a key milestone in the company’s expansion strategy within West Cairo. Spanning 26 acres, the project represents the first in a series of developments that Tesla plans to introduce in 6th of October City during the next phase of growth.
Alaa El-Sheikh, Head of the Commercial Sector at Tesla Real Estate Development Company, said the launch of Tesla Residence reflects the company’s vision to deliver an integrated real estate product that combines high-quality architectural design, strategic locations, and a wide range of residential options. He noted that the project is designed to meet the evolving needs of different customer segments, particularly amid the rapid urban and economic development taking place in West Cairo.
Strategically located directly opposite MSA University on Oasis Road, Tesla Residence is planned as a fully integrated urban community. The project comprises residential, commercial, hotel, administrative, and medical components, offering a comprehensive lifestyle experience. Residential units are available in various layouts, with areas ranging from 98 to 184 square meters.
El-Sheikh explained that the development features a standalone building dedicated to hotel-style residential units built to the highest international standards, a 400-meter-long commercial promenade, a medical facility, and several administrative buildings. The project was introduced to clients last month, with the first sales phase selling out completely within just two weeks, underscoring strong market demand driven by the project’s prime location, smart design, flexible payment plans, and competitive pricing.
To ensure alignment between sales and construction progress, Tesla Residence has been divided into four sales phases. The second phase is currently being launched, with unit delivery scheduled to begin within three years. El-Sheikh emphasized that the project serves as the starting point for a broader pipeline of developments that Tesla Real Estate Development plans to roll out next year.
Looking ahead, El-Sheikh revealed that the company is preparing to launch a new 31-acre project within the next two months in a strategic location in 6th of October City. The upcoming development is expected to offer a distinctive investment opportunity, featuring a wide range of services and innovative concepts tailored to the West Cairo market. He affirmed that Tesla’s expansion strategy is driven by in-depth market analysis and a strong focus on meeting the changing expectations of customers.
