The partnership was formalized at Majid Al Futtaim’s Egypt headquarters in the presence of Rasha Azab, Managing Director of Shopping Malls for Majid Al Futtaim – Egypt and Lebanon, and Ahmed Mohsen, CEO and Managing Director of Lym Consumer Finance. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in the evolution of Egypt’s retail and consumer finance sectors, reinforcing both companies’ efforts to deliver customer-centric, digitally enabled services.
Through the Lym mobile application, customers can access a range of flexible financial solutions, including instant approvals, installment payment options, and tailored personal financing plans. The platform also enables users to manage purchases with ease and convenience, ensuring alignment with their budgets and lifestyles. Contracts can be signed directly at Lym’s point-of-sale locations, allowing customers to obtain financing on the spot without complications.

Starting this month, the two companies will roll out the first phase of their collaboration through a month-long cashback campaign across Mall of Egypt, City Centre Almaza, City Centre Alexandria, and City Centre Maadi. Customers who pay their educational expenses through Lym Consumer Finance at any of these destinations will receive a 15% cashback with no maximum limit, issued via Majid Al Futtaim’s exclusive gift card, redeemable at more than 200 stores spanning fashion, electronics, dining, entertainment, and lifestyle.
Lym Consumer Finance will also operate dedicated registration points across the malls, allowing customers to sign up and receive their cashback instantly on-site—ensuring a fast, convenient, and seamless experience for all visitors.
