400 Feddans of New Industrial Land Allocated South of 10th of Ramadan City for Investor Offering by End-2026
Industrial Development Authority has allocated five new industrial land plots south of 10th of Ramadan City, with a total area of 400 feddans, in cooperation with the city’s Development Authority.
Nahed Youssef, Chairperson of the Industrial Development Authority, announced on the sidelines of a Ramadan iftar event organized by the City Association that infrastructure works have already commenced. The plots are scheduled to be offered to investors immediately upon completion of utility connections, which is expected by the end of 2026.
She explained that the land will be launched once servicing works are finalized, ensuring full infrastructure readiness and availability of essential utilities. This approach aims to accelerate the establishment of planned industrial projects and strengthen the investment climate in the area.
Youssef emphasized that the move aligns with the state’s strategy to expand Egypt’s industrial footprint by providing fully serviced land to investors, attracting new investments, boosting production capacity, and creating employment opportunities—particularly in newly developed industrial cities.
