Vodafone Egypt Appoints Karim Eid as Chief Commercial Officer
Vodafone Egypt has announced the appointment of Karim Eid as Chief Commercial Officer, effective April 1, 2026, as part of a strategic update to the company’s commercial leadership structure.
In his new role, Eid will lead all commercial activities under a unified framework encompassing the Consumer Business Unit, Financial Services including Vodafone Cash, Wholesale, and Customer Care. The move is designed to enhance integration across business units and establish a cohesive leadership model for Vodafone Egypt’s commercial operations.
The appointment reflects Vodafone Egypt’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the efficiency of its executive structure and reinforce coordination across its commercial functions. By consolidating leadership under a unified commercial umbrella, the company aims to drive sustainable performance and deliver a more seamless and integrated customer experience.
Karim Eid brings more than 20 years of experience within Vodafone Egypt. Since joining the company in 2001, he has held several senior leadership positions across consumer marketing, sales, and retail. Throughout his tenure, he has consistently delivered strong commercial results and contributed to sustained growth in the company’s customer base.
