ManageEngine Unveils Next-Generation Cybersecurity Platform at Black Hat Middle East & Africa 2025
ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corporation, announced its participation in Black Hat Middle East & Africa 2025 for the fourth consecutive year. The event, held in Riyadh from 2 to 4 December, serves as a platform for the company to showcase major advancements across its cybersecurity and IT management ecosystem. The participation underscores ManageEngine’s long-term commitment to supporting the Kingdom’s rapidly expanding digital economy and its national ambitions in AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
Supporting a Rapidly Evolving Cyber Landscape
As Saudi Arabia accelerates its adoption of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and cloud solutions, cyberattacks have grown increasingly sophisticated. Sectors such as banking and financial services (BFSI), healthcare, oil and gas, and energy are now facing advanced cyber threats—many of which are powered by the same AI-driven technologies fueling digital transformation.
A recent PwC Cyber Resilience report for 2025 revealed that 73% of Middle East organizations view cybersecurity as a strategic asset, while 40% of technology leaders rank data protection as their top investment priority.
Prasanna Venkatesh Srinivasan, Associate Director at ManageEngine, emphasized the urgency of strengthening defensive capabilities, stating:
“Cybersecurity is a continuously evolving challenge. As AI and machine learning reshape modern technology, enhancing cyber defense mechanisms is critical to counter next-generation, AI-driven attacks. Reducing Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Respond (MTTR) has become essential for business continuity, and leading cybersecurity events like Black Hat play a pivotal role in raising awareness, fostering collaboration, and guiding organizations toward unified and resilient defense strategies.”
Saudi Arabia has emerged as ManageEngine’s largest market in the Middle East and North Africa, driven by annual growth rates of 30–40% and a 35% increase in customer adoption since 2020. This expansion aligns with Vision 2030’s push for digital transformation, cloud infrastructure development, and data localization requirements.
With more than two decades of experience in the Saudi market, ManageEngine continues to strengthen its local presence through investments in research and development, operational expansion, and fully integrated data centers in Riyadh and Jeddah. These efforts ensure compliance with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) and the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA), while supporting the Kingdom’s talent development ambitions through workshops, training programs, and year-round knowledge transfer initiatives across major cities.
Srinivasan added:
“Saudi Arabia is advancing its digital transformation at an unprecedented pace, and cybersecurity sits at the heart of this progress. At ManageEngine, we remain committed to empowering the Kingdom with unified, advanced security solutions designed to match the scale of its ambitions and help organizations remain resilient amid a fast-evolving threat landscape.”
