Mountain View Launches Hospitality Arm and Opens First Hotel on Egypt’s North Coast

Mountain View has officially launched its new hospitality arm, Mountain View Hospitality, a standalone company specializing in hotel management and hospitality services. The debut coincides with the opening of the group’s first hotel, KIN Hotel, located within its latest North Coast development and built around the unique concept of a “Chillax Family Hotel” – blending relaxation, family-oriented hospitality, and community engagement.
Announcing the launch, Eng. Amr Soliman, Founder and Chairman of Mountain View, said the establishment of the new subsidiary reflects the group’s vision to support Egypt’s economy by investing in the hospitality sector, which exceeded $20 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach $28 billion by 2030 at an annual growth rate of more than 7%. He emphasized that the initiative will create new job opportunities while reinforcing Egypt’s position on the global tourism map.
Eng. Ahmed Morsy, CEO of Mountain View Hospitality, described KIN Hotel as the company’s first step into the hospitality sector, designed to be the North Coast’s first fully family-integrated destination. He noted that this launch is part of a wider expansion strategy aimed at setting new benchmarks for hospitality in Egypt, with future growth opportunities planned across regional markets.
KIN Hotel is built around five core pillars:
Family-centric services
Designs focused on comfort and serenity
Community engagement and social harmony
Experiences inspired by Mediterranean culture and lifestyle
Commitment to quality and sustainability standards
This milestone comes as Egypt’s hospitality sector is forecast to grow at a 12.88% CAGR through 2030, aligned with the government’s ambitious plans to attract 30 million tourists by 2028, supported by expanded infrastructure, airports, and hotel capacity.
With the launch of Mountain View Hospitality and the opening of KIN Hotel, Mountain View marks a strategic expansion beyond real estate development into integrated hospitality solutions, positioning itself as a key player in shaping the future of Egypt’s tourism and leisure industry.
