e& Egypt Reports Record Growth in 2025, Driving Innovation and Financial Inclusion in Support of Egypt Vision 2030
e& Egypt has announced record-breaking growth for 2025, reinforcing its position as a national leader in digital transformation and a key contributor to Egypt Vision 2030.
The company achieved a 43% year-on-year increase in consumer service revenues, alongside a 33% rise in average revenue per active user. Its active monthly customer base grew by 8%, while market share reached 32.1% in May 2025, exceeding 39 million subscribers in total.
In financial inclusion and digital services, e& Egypt expanded through its flagship platforms — Super Pay, e&Money, and Erada for Microfinance — integrating wider segments of society into the formal financial system. The company also surpassed its targets for expanding point-of-sale networks, strengthening its leadership in Egypt’s electronic payments infrastructure and driving accelerated growth.
On the digital entertainment front, Twist continued its rapid ascent, with 950,000 monthly active users on Twist TV and 349,000 on Twist Music, solidifying its role as a leading destination for integrated entertainment experiences.
In enterprise solutions, the e& Business division recorded 39% annual revenue growth, with digital solutions adoption reaching 98%. Customer engagement through its all-in-one app tripled, while business process outsourcing (BPO) services expanded significantly, achieving nearly 41% growth across Egypt and the UAE.
Reflecting its strong workplace culture, e& Egypt was named “Best Employer of 2025” and received three global awards recognizing its flexible work policies, innovative internal communication practices, and employee engagement initiatives. These achievements have enhanced the company’s ability to attract and retain top talent.
