MUST Triumphs at Enactus Egypt 2025, Powered by 19 Years of Orange Egypt’s Sponsorship

Misr University for Science and Technology (MUST) has claimed the top spot at the Enactus Egypt National Competition 2025, with its groundbreaking project “Bokra,” in a milestone moment under the long-standing sponsorship of Orange Egypt, now in its 19th consecutive year. The victory cements Orange’s enduring commitment to youth empowerment, innovation, and community-focused entrepreneurship.
Held over two days, from July 29–30, the national competition brought together over 30 university teams from across Egypt to present entrepreneurial projects designed to solve pressing social, economic, and technological challenges.
A Win Rooted in Sustainable Impact
MUST’s award-winning project, “Bokra,” introduces a forward-thinking solution to environmental degradation and nutrition. By rehabilitating barren land and cultivating Salicornia, a nutrient-rich plant used as a healthy salt alternative, the team addressed both agricultural sustainability and food security—earning them the opportunity to represent Egypt at the Enactus World Cup 2025, set to take place in Thailand this September. Egypt will now aim to secure its eighth global title.
Orange Egypt: A Legacy of Empowerment
In parallel with the competition, Orange Egypt hosted an interactive Orange Digital Center (ODC) booth, offering participants firsthand insight into its diverse programs in digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and skills development. The booth showcased Orange’s continuous efforts to upskill young Egyptians and prepare them for the future of work.
Orange also took part in the Enactus Career Summit, held on the third day of the event, engaging directly with students and graduates to highlight career paths in technology, innovation, and sustainable development.
