ISEC Receives Level-One Cybersecurity Services License from Egypt’s NTRA

The National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) has awarded ISEC – Information Security & Software Company its Level-One license to provide professional cybersecurity services in the Egyptian market, reinforcing national efforts to strengthen the country’s cyber-defence ecosystem.
Scope of the License
With the new accreditation, ISEC is authorised to serve:
Government ministries and public-sector enterprises
Operators of critical ICT infrastructure
Licensed telecommunications companies
Private-sector organisations seeking advanced cybersecurity support
Comprehensive Service Portfolio
Under the licence, ISEC will deliver an integrated range of offerings, including:
Penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
Red-Team engagements
End-to-end security consulting and tailored solutions
Cybersecurity training and capacity-building programmes

Dr Bahaa Hassan, Chairman of ISEC, described the certification as a major milestone in the company’s growth trajectory and a vote of confidence from the regulator:
