NTI Launches New Round of i-Lance Program Under “Digital Egypt Youth” Initiative at Creativa Innovation Hubs

The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) has officially opened registration for the latest round of its flagship initiative, Digital Egypt Youth at Creativa Innovation Hubs, featuring the i-Lance Program. The program is now available in seven governorates: Assiut, Sohag, Port Said, New Valley, Menoufia, Fayoum, and Beheira.
Targeting senior university students and graduates from the past ten years, the initiative provides specialized training in high-demand ICT skills while empowering participants to launch successful freelance careers.
Participants can choose from a variety of professional tracks, including:
Web Design
Graphic Design
Machine Learning for Data Analysis
2D Motion Graphics
Mobile Application Development
MEAN Stack Web Development
The program consists of 90 hours of intensive technical training, 30 hours dedicated to freelancing and soft skills, and a two-month online mentorship phase with experienced technical and freelancing professionals. This comprehensive approach is designed to equip participants with the skills and guidance necessary to land their first freelance clients on global platforms.
This initiative is part of Egypt’s broader strategy to build digital capabilities and foster entrepreneurship among the nation’s youth.
