What’s Included in the Offers?
1. 5G Recharge Promo:
This promotion rewards customers based on the recharge amount and the method used:
200X your recharge in MBs when recharging EGP 10 or more via the My WE app.
100X your recharge in MBs for the same amount via other channels.
Offer is valid once per customer during the 30-day promotional period.
Bonus MBs are valid for 5 days and are consumed before your main bundle or Nitro packages.
2. 5G Gigabytes Promo:
This offer provides up to 10GB of free data, depending on device compatibility:
For 5G-enabled Devices:
Customers receive 5GB of data twice during the promo period, totaling 10GB.
Each 5GB is valid for 24 hours.
Users benefit from both the Gigabytes Promo and Recharge Promo.
Free data is used before the main bundle.
For Non-5G Devices:
Customers can choose either the free GB offer or the recharge offer.
The first 1GB is free, and customers can get up to 4 additional GBs at EGP 1 per GB.
To activate each GB after the first, customers must dial *005*10# before each request.
Maximum 5GB per user during the promo period, with each GB valid for 24 hours.
Who Can Join?
Offers are available to all prepaid customers, excluding Student lines and Data SIMs.
Available for both new and existing users.
Customers must opt in via the My WE app or by dialing *005# before recharging or claiming the GBs.
Key Notes:
Promotional data is non-transferable, for local use only, and cannot be carried over.
Free data is always used before your regular data bundle or any Nitro subscriptions.
