Summer Training Program 2025
The E-Learning Competence Center (ELCC) of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) is accepting applications for the Summer Training Program, offered in collaboration with Cisco Networking Academy. The program is entirely free of charge and open to students and graduates aged between 15 and 45 years, from all governorates.
The program follows a blended learning model, featuring interactive online workshops and a range of self-paced learning activities. It runs during July and August, with each program lasting four weeks. Upon completion, trainees will receive a certificate from ELCC and Cisco Networking Academy.
Applicants must have basic knowledge of computers and the Internet, and they are required to attend the online workshops and complete the self-paced activities on the platform. Each participant must have access to a computer and a stable internet connection. To obtain the certificate, participants must complete the training content, attend the online workshops, watch the video materials, and submit the required tasks within four weeks of the program’s start.
Participants may register for more than one program simultaneously, up to a maximum of three training programs, including:
- Digital Awareness
- Using Computers and Mobile Devices
- Operating System Basics
- Computer Hardware Basics
- IoT and Digital Transformation
Introduction to Cybersecurity
- Introduction to Modern AI
- Introduction to Data Science
- Networking Basics
