Egyptian Banks Report Latest US Dollar Rates Against the Pound on November 6

The US dollar recorded varying exchange rates against the Egyptian pound across local banks on Friday, November 6, 2026, according to the latest officially reported transactions.

The National Bank of Egypt quoted the dollar at EGP 53.87 for buying and EGP 53.97 for selling, matching the rates reported by Banque Misr, Bank of Alexandria and Banque du Caire.

Dollar Exchange Rates at Major Banks

The Commercial International Bank (CIB) recorded the US dollar at EGP 53.80 for buying and EGP 53.90 for selling.

At the Central Bank of Egypt, the dollar stood at EGP 54.63 for buying and EGP 54.77 for selling.

The rates highlight differences in dollar pricing among Egyptian banks during the latest recorded transactions.
