Strategic Partnership Between Dyna.Ai and Bahrain FinTech Bay to Drive AI Solutions Across the Gulf

Dyna.Ai, a Singapore-headquartered global provider of Artificial Intelligence as a Service (AIaaS), has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Bahrain FinTech Bay, the region’s leading fintech center. The collaboration aims to deliver practical, outcome-driven AI solutions to enterprises across Bahrain and the wider Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The agreement was officially signed during the Fintech Forward 2026 conference.

Workshops and Customized Solutions for the Financial Sector

Under the agreement, Bahrain FinTech Bay will host a series of events and workshops to introduce Dyna.Ai’s AIaaS offerings—including tailored customer experience solutions—to companies across the Kingdom. Dyna.Ai will adapt its technologies to suit local and regional business needs, with a primary focus on the financial services sector where both entities observe strong demand and clear paths toward measurable business results.

Leadership Vision on Localizing AI Infrastructure

Carlton Liew, Chief Commercial Officer and Co-Founder of Dyna.Ai, emphasized that AI implementation must be aligned with specific market dynamics, praising Bahrain FinTech Bay’s role in bridging institutions with localized, practical AI solutions that match their actual requirements.

On his part, Bader Sater, CEO of Bahrain FinTech Bay, highlighted that this partnership provides a practical mechanism to deploy and scale advanced AI capabilities across Bahrain, with plans to expand further across the GCC and the broader MENA region over time.

Addressing Contextual Gaps and Regulatory Requirements

This initiative addresses a growing regional gap: while AI technologies are widely accessible, there remains a shortage of contextualized solutions tailored to local workflows, customer demographics, and regulatory frameworks. According to PwC’s 29th Annual Global CEO Survey, over one-third of Middle East leaders have integrated AI directly into their services—compared to under 20% globally—yet leaders increasingly recognize the necessity of strengthening data readiness and governance prior to scaling AI applications.

Bahrain as a Regional Fintech Hub

The partnership leverages Bahrain’s growing reputation as a regional fintech hub, recognized for its agile regulatory framework and pioneering initiatives in open banking, digital assets, and cloud adoption. Having supported over 160 startups and teams since its launch in 2018, Bahrain FinTech Bay acts as an institutional bridge connecting global technology providers like Dyna.Ai with effective local execution.
