ABS, a leading express mail and courier company in the Egyptian market, announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with Fawry, the leading electronic payments and fintech group, to provide a comprehensive suite of logistics services and light cargo delivery.

Scope of Logistics Services and Solutions

Under this agreement, ABS will manage and execute the transport of official documents and daily correspondence between Fawry’s headquarters, its extensive branch network, and its clients. Additionally, the company will deliver light hardware, small electronic supplies, and items related to Fawry's service operations. The partnership also features a real-time shipment tracking system and periodic reporting to monitor delivery rates and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Partnership Objectives and Operational Efficiency

This move aims to leverage ABS’s field expertise in rapid distribution across various governorates to reduce delivery transit times, enhance schedule adherence, and allow Fawry to focus entirely on expanding its core financial technologies and digital services.

Future Vision and B2B Sector Expansion

ABS management noted that this contract aligns with its expansion strategy in the business-to-business (B2B) sector. Meanwhile, Fawry expressed its expectation that this collaboration will improve customer reach and service speed. This initiative is expected to set a benchmark for future partnerships between fintech firms and logistics providers.
