China State Construction International Holdings Ltd. reported a net profit of 4.330 billion yuan for the first half of the year, alongside a solid dividend payout ratio of 35.4%.

'Smart Construction' Reshapes the Industry
Across its business segments, the group achieved strong growth, spearheaded by the success of its Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) division in securing several landmark projects. This reflects the fruits of the company's multi-year strategy to transition from traditional on-site building models to modern, industrialized construction.
Consequently, the group’s technological edge has evolved from a standalone technical advantage into a core competitive strength and a primary driver of long-term value creation.
As one of the pioneering companies in mainland China to embrace construction industrialization, the group has redefined traditional building models through its proprietary "Smart Construction – MiC" technology.
This approach relocates a significant portion of construction activities from the building site to the factory, converting sequential processes into parallel operations. This innovation has successfully:
Slashed construction timelines.
Tightened cost controls.
Reduced reliance on on-site labor.
Minimized weather-related disruptions and delays.
Ultimately, this structural shift has emerged as a fundamental pillar, enabling the group to navigate industry cycles and optimize its operational performance effectively.
