ITI Holds Graduation Project Evaluation for Game Development Trainees

The Information Technology Institute (ITI) has organized an event to evaluate the graduation projects developed by trainees in the Game Development track, part of the Professional Training Program. Thevent, held at ITI's headquarters in Smart Village, brought together leading game industry experts and professionals in Egypt.

Students presented 146 projects spanning party games, virtual reality (VR), thriller games, and exploration, investigation, and survival titles, alongside educational games and training simulations featuring AI-powered virtual characters. Some projects drew inspiration from Egypt's rich cultural heritage, leveraging technologies such as Unity, Unreal Engine, AI, and VR. Others blended entertainment and learning or focused on interactive and narrative-driven experiences.

The projects underwent a thorough evaluation by leading game developers in Egypt, including Instinct Games, Cube Consultants, Games Bond Studio, and AN Games Studio. Beyond the evaluation process, the companies provided technical guidance, shared industry expertise, and offered feedback to help students refine their ideas and vision throughout the project development process.

These projects highlight the exceptional talent of young Egyptians, and reflect ITI's ongoing work to help trainees turn what they learn into real, scalable projects. The event is also part of ITI's broader efforts to build a new generation of developers with the technical and creative skills to compete internationally, strengthen Egypt's game development industry, and expand the country's presence in the global market
