Ahmed Ali has recently been appointed as the General Manager for the Omoda and Jaecoo brands under the umbrella of Ezz Elarab Automotive Group. He brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the automotive sector, during which he has held several senior management positions, most notably at the Kia and BAIC/ARCFOX agencies in Egypt.
This significant step in Ali's professional career aligns with the massive investment vision set by Ezz Elarab Group for its newly acquired Omoda and Jaecoo agency in the Egyptian market. The group has allocated an investment budget exceeding 5 billion Egyptian pounds, targeting both the marketing of fully built-up (CBU) vehicles and locally assembled cars in Egypt.It is worth noting that Omoda and Jaecoo are prominent brands operating under the massive Chinese industrial conglomerate, Chery Group.
