Mayar Naguib Appointed Head of Corporate Communications, PR, and Sustainability at e& Egypt
Mayar Naguib has joined e& Egypt as Head of Corporate Communications, Public Relations, and Sustainability, as part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its corporate communication framework and expand the impact of its sustainability and social responsibility initiatives.
In her new role, Naguib will also oversee the operations of the e& Egypt Foundation for Community Development, established in 2013, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering long-term social value and driving community-focused programs.
Naguib brings over 20 years of experience across corporate communications, public relations, marketing, and community development. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles at leading multinational organizations, where she played a key role in shaping communication strategies and leading high-impact campaigns that enhanced brand positioning and institutional reputation.
Prior to joining e& Egypt, she served as Head of Media and Corporate Social Responsibility at Telecom Egypt (WE). She also held the position of Head of Communications for Egypt and the Levant at Philip Morris International, in addition to leading external communications at valU. Earlier in her career, she served as Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Intel across Egypt, the Levant, and North Africa, and held communications roles at Giesecke+Devrient and Lufthansa.
Under the leadership of Ahmed El Emam, Head of Branding, Corporate Communications, Media, PR, and Sustainability, Naguib will lead the execution of an integrated strategy aimed at strengthening the company’s corporate reputation and brand positioning, in alignment with Egypt Vision 2030. Her responsibilities will also include overseeing corporate social responsibility initiatives spanning education, healthcare, community development, sustainability, and digital empowerment.
Naguib is recognized for her expertise in crisis management and integrated communications campaigns. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from The American University in Cairo, with a minor in business administration and psychology.
The appointment reflects e& Egypt’s ongoing commitment to attracting top-tier talent to enhance its corporate communications capabilities, support digital transformation efforts, and contribute to sustainable development across the Egyptian market.
