A strategic partnership between Kulture Developments and Vodafone Business to deliver integrated digital solutions for the Patterns project.

Kulture Developments announced a strategic partnership with Vodafone Business to provide a comprehensive suite of digital and smart infrastructure solutions for its mixed-use project, "Patterns," in New Cairo.

This partnership aligns with the company's plan to set new standards for mixed-use projects in New Cairo.

The agreement was signed by Mohamed Abdel Hamid, CEO of Kulture Developments, and Haitham Anwar, Senior Director of Retail Development at Vodafone Egypt, in the presence of representatives from both companies.

On this occasion, Mohamed Abdel Hamid, CEO of Kulture Developments, stated: "The partnership with Vodafone Business is a key component of our strategy to develop the 'Patterns' project according to the latest global best practices in managing and operating mixed-use developments. We chose Vodafone Business because of its global expertise and distinguished track record in this field, reflecting our vision and plan to collaborate with leading entities to develop the project."

As part of this collaboration, Vodafone Business will provide a comprehensive suite of services, including high-speed internet, secure connectivity solutions for multi-branch businesses, smart building management systems, and artificial intelligence applications that will enhance daily operations and improve customer experience. Advanced information security and energy efficiency solutions will also be offered.

Mohamed Abdel Hamid explained that the project occupies an area of approximately 11,000 square meters, with a total built-up area of around 20,000 square meters. It includes commercial, administrative, and medical facilities. He noted that the company carefully selected a strategic location for the project on one of the main axes in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement, enhancing its investment advantages, particularly given its frontage on two main streets and its proximity to government offices, upscale residential areas, and major shopping centers.

He added that the project's architectural design was developed in collaboration with Raef Fahmy's office, a leading architectural firm in the field. This project offers a modern European-style architectural model that meets the demands of the contemporary market. He noted that the project combines independent and interconnected buildings to provide high operational flexibility for various activities.

He pointed out that "Patterns" includes units of varying sizes, starting from 50 square meters for administrative offices, 35 square meters for clinics, and 60 square meters for retail shops, in addition to a comprehensive range of services including restaurants, cafes, banks, pharmacies, laboratories, and distinctive brands.

He emphasized that integrating smart solutions into the project reflects the company's commitment to supporting the state's drive towards digital transformation. He stressed that technological infrastructure is no longer a supplementary element but has become a fundamental pillar in evaluating any modern real estate project.

This partnership reflects a growing trend towards integrating technology into the real estate sector, aligning with the state's plans to build an integrated digital economy and smarter, more sustainable cities.
