Suez Canal Bank Celebrates Women’s Month with Series of Exhibitions and Interactive Experiences
The events form part of the bank’s participation in the Central Bank of Egypt’s “Empowerment Step” initiative, aimed at supporting women-led businesses and artisanal projects. Employees enjoyed a festive atmosphere combining shopping and entertainment, with interactive activities and a dedicated photo corner for capturing memories.
As part of the celebrations, each employee received a commemorative gift box containing skincare products and a handcrafted mug from a female-led Egyptian company, where women make up over 85% of the workforce. The bank also provided financial awareness sessions and highlighted its “Bidaya” account to promote financial inclusion.
Nour El Zini, Head of Financial Inclusion, Corporate Communications, and Social Responsibility at Suez Canal Bank, emphasized the bank’s ongoing commitment to women’s empowerment—supporting healthcare initiatives, economic empowerment projects, and recognition programs for exemplary female employees.
