Eagle Hills and Awqaf Abu Dhabi Partner for AED 1 Billion ‘Mother of the Nation City’ Project
In a landmark fusion of real estate excellence and humanitarian vision, Eagle Hills has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Management Authority (Awqaf Abu Dhabi) to develop a premier commercial project valued at AED 1 billion.
The project, titled “Mother of the Nation City,” is named in honor of the tireless efforts of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, "Mother of the Nation," President of the General Women's Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation.
A Legacy of Giving: Supporting the Orphan Endowment
The core mission of this ambitious development is deeply philanthropic. All proceeds from the project will be dedicated to the "Mother of the Nation Orphan Endowment" campaign. Launched under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, the campaign aims to provide a sustainable source of endowment funding to ensure long-term care, education, and healthcare for orphans across the Emirates.
