The Real Estate Developers Association launches its first annual conference, ”Developers Summit: Leadership in Construction and Responsibility in Development.”
The Egyptian Real Estate Developers Association, headed by Engineer Mohamed El-Bostany, announced its first annual conference, titled "Developers Summit: Leadership in Construction and Responsibility in Development," to be held on January 28th. The conference will be attended by a number of ministers, government officials, and leaders in the real estate development sector.
The summit aims to foster institutional dialogue between the government and the private sector to shape the future of urban development in Egypt.
The conference program includes an extensive agenda, beginning with the opening session, a presentation of the association's achievements, and a review of its 2026 plan.
The event will also feature a discussion on "Partnership with the Government," followed by the honoring of participating ministers and members of the House of Representatives and the Senate. A parliamentary dialogue session, titled "Development Leaders Towards an Urban Future," will then take place, with the participation of several members of parliament, to discuss the future of legislation regulating real estate development, current challenges, and opportunities for partnership between the government and the private sector.
In addition to discussing the community initiative between the Real Estate Developers Association and the Misr El Kheir Foundation,
the conference will also feature a presentation on the Misr Real Estate platform and a discussion of its role in supporting real estate investment. A cooperation protocol will also be signed with the Misr El Kheir Foundation within the framework of community initiatives. The conference will conclude with the presentation of the summit's final recommendations.
The Real Estate Developers Association emphasized that the conference represents a national platform for dialogue between decision-makers and real estate developers. It reflects the association's commitment to supporting the state's efforts to achieve sustainable urban development and to strengthening the partnership between the public and private sectors in a way that serves the goals of comprehensive development in Egypt.
