LG Egypt Outlines 2026 Growth Strategy and Introduces AI-Driven Air Conditioning Innovations

LG Egypt hosted its annual Residential Air Conditioning (RAC) Distributors Conference for 2026 under the theme “Together, We Lead the Future of Comfort”, bringing together company leadership alongside a wide network of distributors and partners from across Egypt.

During the conference, LG Egypt presented a comprehensive analysis of the Egyptian market, highlighting the rapid growth in digital engagement, the expansion of e-commerce, and the rising demand for smart, energy-efficient home solutions. These insights form the foundation of the company’s 2026 strategy, which focuses on consumer-centric innovation, strengthening distributor partnerships, and elevating after-sales services.

A key highlight of the event was the unveiling of LG’s 2026 air conditioning lineup, led by the LG DUALCOOL™ AI Air series. The new range integrates advanced artificial intelligence technologies and human detection sensors, enabling automatic adjustment of airflow direction, temperature, and energy consumption based on real-time room conditions and human presence. The series also features Dual Vane airflow design, Sleep Timer+, Window Open Detection, Freeze Cleaning technology, and the AI kW Manager, delivering personalized comfort, improved air quality, and significant energy savings.

LG Egypt also showcased the locally manufactured Hero Inverter series, which delivers high-efficiency cooling with energy savings of up to 45 percent. The range is enhanced with increased durability through corrosion-resistant Blue Fin™ coating and includes the Baby Care feature, designed to create a safe and comfortable environment for children. In addition, the company presented the Aero Hit 2 air purifiers, offering 360-degree air purification, ultra-quiet operation, a compact space-saving design, and smart control via the LG ThinQ™ app.

In the commercial and large-space solutions segment, LG highlighted its Single CAC and Free Standing Air Conditioning systems. These solutions are equipped with Twin Rotary Inverter compressors, high SEER-rated energy efficiency, low noise levels, easy installation, and stable performance even under extreme climate conditions, reinforcing LG’s strong position in residential and light commercial air conditioning solutions.

The conference also emphasized LG Egypt’s enhanced after-sales service strategy, supported by a nationwide network of more than 427 certified air conditioning technicians, a spare parts availability rate of 98 percent, and an average service completion time of 2.7 days. Updates to service policies were announced, including extended warranty coverage for all usage types, improved distributor communication channels, and strengthened technical support.

Additionally, LG Egypt revealed its 2026 marketing and sales strategy, built around four core pillars: enhancing in-store customer experience, deepening consumer insights and demand generation, strengthening market presence, and supporting distributor partnerships and after-sales services. The plan includes large-scale TV and digital campaigns, retail development, influencer marketing activities, interactive experiences, as well as incentive programs and seasonal promotions.

Commenting on the strategy, Steve Ryu, Managing Director of LG Egypt, said:

“Our vision for 2026 centers on delivering intelligent comfort solutions that combine AI-driven innovation, energy efficiency, and high reliability. Through our strong distributor partnerships and continued investments in service excellence, we remain committed to leading the future of comfort in the Egyptian market.”

The conference concluded with the recognition of top-performing distributors for 2025, reaffirming LG Egypt’s commitment to sustainable growth, continuous innovation, and shared success with its partners.
