Talaat Moustafa Group Signs Strategic Management Agreement with Savills for “The Strip”
Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), Egypt’s largest community developer, has signed a strategic agreement with Savills, the renowned British real estate services firm, to provide asset and facilities management, consultancy, and exclusive leasing services for the new “The Strip” commercial project in Madinaty.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Omar Hisham Talaat, Chief Business Development Officer at Talaat Moustafa Group, and Mr. Catesby Langer-Paget, CEO of Savills Egypt.
This collaboration reinforces TMG’s commitment to partnering with leading international companies to enhance service standards and positioning, while attracting globally recognized brands to Madinaty. “The Strip” represents a modern addition to the portfolio of commercial destinations and lifestyle attractions developed by TMG across its integrated urban communities.
Strategically located in the southern area of Madinaty, The Strip benefits from close proximity to the New Administrative Capital and Mostakbal City, making it a prime retail destination for residents and visitors across Eastern Cairo. The development features a total leasable area of approximately 28,000 square meters, accommodating 125 commercial units.
The first phase of leasing activities is scheduled to commence during the last quarter of the current year, bringing to market a diverse mix of retail and service establishments designed to meet the full spectrum of needs for Madinaty residents and surrounding communities.
