Doaa El Qassas Appointed Chief Business Officer at ICT Misr, Bringing Over 20 Years of Global Leadership Experience
ICT Misr has announced the appointment of Doaa El Qassas as Chief Business Officer (CBO), where she will lead the company’s overall business strategy, drive sustainable growth initiatives, and ensure strategic alignment between operational and financial objectives. El Qassas will play a key role in shaping ICT Misr’s future through her extensive expertise in business development, finance, and service excellence—supporting the company’s expansion and solidifying its position in Egypt’s competitive ICT market.
With over 20 years of operational leadership experience in global corporations, El Qassas has a proven record in business transformation, financial performance optimization, and large-scale project management. Her professional journey is marked by her ability to manage complex operations and lead high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
Before joining ICT Misr, El Qassas served as an IT & Telecom Service Excellence Consultant at Orange Egypt, where she played a pivotal role in developing and executing quality assurance strategies and enhancing customer satisfaction through process optimization.
Her 19-year tenure at IBM granted her deep expertise in global corporate operations. She held multiple senior leadership roles internationally, including Chief Financial Officer at the Customer Innovation Center in Zagreb, Croatia, where she oversaw all financial operations, and Business Services Operations Lead for Egypt and North, East & West Africa (NEWA), managing commercial strategy and regional growth.
El Qassas also led global supplier operations, improving vendor relationships and achieving significant cost efficiencies, and served as Program Excellence Manager, successfully delivering multimillion-dollar projects for major clients.
