The Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) has announced the winning projects of Round 37 of its Collaborative Funded Projects (CFP) program, a cornerstone initiative under the Information Technology Academia Collaboration (ITAC) framework. The program aims to strengthen ties between academic institutions and the private sector by supporting joint research and development projects that address real market needs and fuel the growth of Egypt’s digital economy.

After a comprehensive evaluation process carried out by a panel of independent experts, three standout proposals were selected for funding based on their level of innovation, market relevance, and potential impact. The selected projects were officially approved by the ITAC Steering Committee in May 2025.

The selected projects include:

"I-Hire: The Future of Recruitment" – an Advanced Research Project (ARP) submitted by BasharSoft, in collaboration with Nile University’s School of Information Technology and Computer Science. The project seeks to reshape recruitment technologies with data-driven solutions.

"Papyr: Transforming Document AI" – a Product Development Project (PDP) presented by CIS Intelligence Solutions, in partnership with the Faculty of Engineering at Cairo University. The initiative focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to automate and enhance document processing workflows.

"Design Optimization of BJAM 3D Printing Tech" – also a Product Development Project, submitted by Robota Industries in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering at Ain Shams University. The project aims to advance additive manufacturing technologies through innovative design approaches.

These collaborative efforts highlight ITIDA’s strategic commitment to driving innovation by bridging academic research with industrial application. The agency continues to foster an environment where cutting-edge technologies can thrive, contributing to Egypt’s positioning as a competitive digital economy and technology hub in the region.
