QNB Alahli Expands Weekend Branch Operations to Major Malls Across Egypt
QNB Alahli has launched weekend banking services at select mall-based branches in a strategic move aimed at improving accessibility and elevating the customer experience. The initiative targets individual clients and offers banking solutions beyond conventional working hours, particularly during peak weekend footfall.
As of this week, QNB branches located inside key commercial hubs — including Mall of Arabia and Mazar Mall in Giza, City Stars, Cairo Festival City Mall, and Almaza City Centre in Cairo, as well as Hurghada City Centre on the Red Sea coast — are now operating on Fridays from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
The bank confirmed plans to roll out this weekend service model across additional governorates in the near future, aligning with its broader vision to make banking more convenient and accessible to a wider customer base.
This step comes as part of QNB Alahli’s ongoing expansion and modernization strategy, which focuses on strengthening its physical presence in high-traffic, consumer-centric locations, while simultaneously enhancing its digital offerings.
