New Funding to Accelerate Growth and International Expansion

UAE-based CapQuest, a company specializing in equity management software development, has successfully closed a $1 million Pre-Seed funding round. The round was co-led by Oraseya Capital and AMKM Family Office. The company aims to use these funds to advance its tech platform and accelerate its global commercial expansion, while simultaneously preparing to raise an additional $2 million in an upcoming Seed round. The majority of the Seed proceeds will be allocated toward commercial scaling and launching a digital data room featuring document analytics and enhanced investor reporting.

Comprehensive Solutions for Cap Table and Shareholder Management

CapQuest provides a unified system that enables companies to manage share registries, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), and fundraising transactions. The platform allows founders to track ownership changes as new investors join, convert financing instruments into equity, and utilize smart tools to simulate funding scenarios and calculate dilution prior to signing investment deals.

Global Reach with Clients Across 11 Countries

The platform currently serves clients in 11 countries, expanding beyond its initial core focus in the Middle East and Europe to reach Brazil, Singapore, and the United States through referrals and inbound requests. Notable clients include Holo (which raised $22 million in a Series A round), erad (which secured $22 million in funding in September 2026), and Avenia (which raised $17 million in a Series A round).

Background and Business Model

CapQuest was founded in 2024 by Antoine Bruna, Marco Banfi, and Anvita Varshney. The idea emerged after Bruna and Banfi experienced firsthand equity management challenges while working at Repeat, where they managed cap tables, 63 ESOP participants, and 47 investors across three continents. The team spent eight months testing the concept with CEOs and CFOs before building the integrated platform. CapQuest operates on a pricing model tied to the number of stakeholders managed on the platform, providing full feature access to all subscribed clients
