ORB adopts a vertical expansion concept to create a harmonious balance between iconic skyscrapers and mid-rise structures, ensuring maximum privacy and smooth traffic flow:

Mid-Rise Buildings: The development features 7 buildings offering fully finished residential units in diverse layouts, including units with private gardens.

Iconic Towers: The project includes two towers reaching up to 26 stories (approximately 110 meters), making them among the tallest towers in West Cairo.

Product Diversity: Featuring over 500 units, the project blends a 5-star hotel, branded residential units, hotel-serviced apartments, as well as commercial and office spaces.

Commitment to On-Site Construction and Timely Delivery

Eng. Tamer Nabil, Vice Chairman of Nations of Sky, stated that the project’s site was meticulously selected in a high-growth zone to deliver an integrated living and investment experience.

Nabil added that the project launch coincides with actual on-ground construction already underway across several buildings prior to the official release, reflecting the company's credibility. Full structural completion and deliveries are scheduled to begin by mid-2028.
