The project is being developed through a strategic public-private partnership between the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and Arkan Palm for Real Estate Development.
Enhancing Integration Between the State and Private Investments
In the presence of ministry leadership and the Chairman of Arkan Palm, the Minister reaffirmed the Ministry of Housing's commitment to expanding effective partnerships with serious real estate developers. She emphasized that such collaborations accelerate urban development, maximize available investment opportunities, and align state efforts with private investments.
An Exemplary Model for Integrated Urban Communities
Al-Minshawi explained that the "205" project represents a distinguished investment model combining residential, commercial, administrative, entertainment, and hospitality activities. She noted that integrated investment zones serve as key drivers for economic growth, job creation, and boosting the competitiveness of new cities.

High-Rise Towers and Massive Commercial Spaces
Spanning an area of approximately 205 acres in Sheikh Zayed City with a built-up area of only 30%, the project features three 40-story towers and a commercial/administrative area covering nearly 400,000 square meters to house bank and corporate headquarters. It also includes a multi-story parking facility for up to 26,000 cars and a 2-kilometer-long water canal separating the residential and service zones.

Global Hotel Investments and Upcoming Operations
The development includes three hotels with a total of 600 rooms and investments estimated at around $180 million, featuring a 5-star international brand hotel with 300 rooms. The first hotel is scheduled to begin operations within 18 months.
