The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) has opened applications for a new cohort of the Digital Egypt Youth (DEY) – HireReady initiative, a free four-month training program designed for university graduates from the past five years.

Delivered in collaboration with more than 100 specialized companies, the initiative aims to equip participants with in-demand technical and professional skills and provide them with practical experience aligned with the needs of both local and international job markets.

The program includes three months of technical training at NTI facilities across six advanced tracks: Network Infrastructure and Candidates, Information Security, DevOps Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Software Engineering, and Electronics and Embedded Systems.

Alongside technical training, participants will receive professional and language skills development. The program will conclude with a one-month on-the-job training period at partner companies, giving trainees the opportunity to gain hands-on workplace experience.

Free transportation will also be available from several designated pickup points.

The new cohort is scheduled to start on October 17, 2026, while applications will remain open until October 1, 2026.
